Seeking individual with four-five years’ experience handling ongoing multiple cable installation contracts. Project manage nation wide telecommunications installation projects. Manage and negotiate subcontractor pricing and project implementation. Work with project management team to install and meet project time line. TELECOMMUNICATIONS - Director of Implementation

Seeking individual with Five to 10 years’ experience. This is a leadership position that is responsible for the cross-functional management of project development and execution . Works with and manage functional managers and team members to define, schedule, design, implement, test, and deliver project s. Works with management to assign and manage priorities. Duties and Principal Activities:

1.Builds, leads, and manages a cross-functional team to deliver a project within plan. Be both defender and champion of project teams. Responsible for motivating the cross-functional team and sustaining its efforts.
2.Interacts with management and team to track and coordinate project schedule, cost, and content. Tracks and monitors project expenditure vs. project budget.
3.Provides management with regular status reports for all assigned projects.
4.Assures that accurate information is available and delivered to the appropriate Aspect personnel on project status.
5.Acts as the primary spokesperson to specific Aspect personnel, delivering effective presentations representing division.
6.Creates high-level project plans and schedules identifying key milestones and critical path activities. Coordinates creation of detailed functional area schedules that reconcile to the needed high level milestones.
7.Manages to reduce risk and to increase project success to plan.
8.Manages across Engineering, Project Management, Continuing Engineering, Training, Project Quality Assurance, and Customer Service to obtain and maintain continuing commitment to assigned programs.
9.Elevates issues of slippage and other critical areas that need to be addressed and focuses team's attention on these high priority issues.
10.Works with management to resolve resource shortages when individual functional areas are unable to support the overall team schedule and related dependencies.
11.Resolves conflicts between project teams.
12.Provides performance feedback on project team members (through
stakeholder evaluations).
13.Establishes and facilitates project team meetings and maintains
procesexperience.
14.Must adhere to and comply with project life cycle and project tracking documents.
15.Performs transition of project to customer(s).
16.Keeps team informed of progress, issues, and changing requirements.
17.Performs other related duties as required.
18.Performs strategic and operational planning and sizing for future
potential programs..
19.Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written and
interpersonal skills).
20.Effective use of presentation techniques, meeting mechanics, and team
building techniques.
21.Ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors is essential.
